Withdrawal process

Alex Forbes has been withholding the funds of my wife [Linda Mchunu] since March 2023, everytime she calls they keep on telling her that 4 to 6 weeks. She was working for life healthcare ..(I wonder why does a healthcare giant like Life healthcare would choose Alex Forbes to administrate funds of their employees,when they fail dismally when it's time to pay.

Honestly my wife is currently unemployed and it's not the best of times. But to see her in disappointment after every call with Alex Forbes requesting what's due to her.

I am still to escalate this to Twitter and ombudsman. She spoke to Xolani but still nothing is happening.. Shame
