Withdrawal of pension fund

Alexander Forbes is informing employers that employees who are leaving the company they should provide proof of financial advice before their pension fund can be paid, financial advisors charge a fee, why would I want to pay for financial advise to claim my own money. I'm over the age of 18 and responsibly person, what I do with my money has nothing to do with anyone.
