Withdrawal of pension

I'm very disappointed in Alexander Forbes they are coming from bad to the worst. I put in a withdrawal claim in July and its over their TAT already its September now. I called to find out what was the hold 28 days later they said they needed outstanding docs now it's another 20 days later no comms but they do have my contact details on system claim still says verifying claim. N hey calling is not a solution coz they don't pick up . I even emailed but no response at all. I'm about to take this further!!!!
