Withdrawal of my provident fund payout is a nightmare.

It has been nothing but a nightmare trying to get my withdrawal from my provident fund. I have tried to be patient but it's frustrating being sent from pillar to post with no feedback on when l will actually get my money. They promise to call you back within 24hrs but never do. Sad to know that l once deemed to be a reputable company to keep my money turns out to be a company l regret ever using as l am not valued as a customer. I would just like to get my money please.
