Withdrawal issues

I have been trying to withdraw my provident fund since Nov 2020 and have not been receiving any information, it is only after I raised a complaint that I was told what the issue was, resent the documents with my bank statement which clearly states my last name and they still submitted the wrong last name and the bank validation failed, called them again and its only then I was told to send a divorce decree which I have sent about two times already now, now they tell me to go change my last name at the bank which I cant. I really do not get what the issue is when they have the divorce decree with my id number the same everywhere. I am very unhappy with this company and I don't think I will ever have any products with them, the service sucks!
