Withdrawal funds

I resigned on the 02 April 2024,at Fidelity service group my paperwork was submitted. I got an sms stating that, they will finalize everything in 4weeks. Every week I check my status of my withdrawal. It still says assessment. I also call every week..they tell me that they waiting for my last contribution. I contacted Fidelity regarding my final contribution and they said it was sent out on the 08 May already. I don't understand why is there so much delay here. They is literally no movement with my withdrawal.
