Withdrawal claims
I wrote a review on my experience and got a response that you value your clients and nothing else after that. I was very specific on that review that I cannot be found on a phone call since I'm out of the country, the only medium of communication is emails. With over 10 years with my previous employer and of course with AF, I guess I was expecting a far better service than this!
