Withdrawal Claim Status no money
On the 11 Aug 2020,my ex employer submitted my withdrawal claim forms. The following week I contacted AF to be told that the process starts from the 11th Aug and I would receive my funds between 4-6 weeks
Its now a 7th week still my money has not been deposited into my account. I've sent numerous emails to @adminaf no replies I called the call centre to be told they don't have me on the system.

I called the call centre today 28.09.2020.
After I have seen that my investment funds do no longer reflect on the app.
The lady made me to wait while she was busy checking on the system then she sent me straight to Customer service to rate her without ever assisting me.
What kind of service this.
