Withdrawal claim not paid its been 3 months and counting

My claim to withdraw my funds to the scheme had been sent over 3 months ago and they had acknowledged receiving the claim on the 4th of February 2022 and today i am still waiting. No response on emails until a month then a respond will be forwarded saying the claim has been sent for switch which i dont know what is the meaning of that and when one asks for the meaning no response offered. As i continue to wait
