Withdrawal claim delay

My claim was submitted 6 June 2019, but it has not been processed yet, I've been calling for almost 2 months now. Still nothing, I logged a complaint ref number VOR-745. I'm not sure how serious this will be taken so I this is my last resort. Every agent is so sorry and they assured me this will e attended to only last week they figured out that the person who was handling my claim left the company. I am very disappointed in their service and I'm not the only one my company's been retrenching and the people who were retrenched 6 months ago still haven't received their payout.
