Withdrawal claim
My withdrawal claim was submitted on the 7th May by my ex company and had been sitting on the processing stage on the dashboard for over 18 days with no movement then I met my ex employer to query yesterday then said I should have been paid by now since they had asked them to process the payment.
Then on the 26th May the claim disappeared from the dashboard and couldn't track update when I queried to Alexforbes they rep**** that they were trying to allocate my contribution that's when the claim started showing back on the dashboard but it started from being just registered with 0 days
