Withdrawal claim

I resigned from my employer on the 01st August and only got notification in November that they will process and payout within 4-6 weeks. Upon my umpteenth follow up on the 14th November, I was informed the payout will be processed within 7-14 working days, which has come and gone. Made another follow up on the 06th December where I was told I would get a response on the 09th as to why there is a delay, none as always yet they take down one's details each time there is a follow up made. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement, they do not deserve a rating. The agents do not know anything, forever escalating to the relevant department which fails to do its job each time.
