Withdrawal claim

Alexander Forbes Financial Services is the worst nightmare you can go through in life,MTN sent my withdrawal Claim through on the 22th of June till this day i have not received my money and their call center people are ridiculous There's a lady by the name of Zanele Mthethwa she's so *********** she's just occupying that position of admin to earn a salary,whether you call or email she doesn't respond she's just not bothered i wonder why people like her still have a job while people who wants to work or service customers are jobless. I have never been so frustrated in my life,it's like you are begging for donations the way Alexander Forbes treat it's customers.
