Withdrawal claim

I am not happy with the delay regarding my withdrawal claim, I have been calling and nothing is happening, seriously guys, I need my money, I am heavily pregnant and due in a week's time and need money, i spoke to a lady today who informed me that my money has been disinvensted and it was referred to a SARS consultant sin 27th January, since then nothing has happened, and that it will be escalated, so meaning you are not checking our withdrawals claim process cause it should have been escalated a long time ago, what am I suppose to do now, this is totally not fair at all, I will certainly not advise anyone to invest with you because Im struggling to get my money
