Withdrawal and Preservation fund

I resigned from Tsogo Sun in December 2014. Some money to be withdrawn and the bulk of the money to be put in a preservation fund with Alexander Forbes. These forms were handed in when i resigned.<br> <br> In March 2015 i queried the status of my withdrawal from Tsogo Sun as no funds was received. HR then asked if i handed in my forms?? They somehow -lost- my forms and i was asked to come and sign new forms. On 12 March i received an SMS from AF to say forms have been received.<br> <br> I contacted AF in April and the agent confirmed that my forms were received, but nothing was done. Tsogo Sun advised me that they will follow up - all in emails. I was then asked to provide certified copies of my ID and Marriage certificate.I refused as this was submitted upon joining. AF was called again and i was told someone will contact me. Agent called me and said no forms were submitted and i need to ask Tsogo Sun to send in. I am going backwards and forward and in the mean time, i have had no income since January. This is unacceptable and i am now livid. <br> <br> Today i spoke to Nadine who was polite but did not help me. I requested to escalate to a manager and my call was cut twice by AF and still nothing. <br> <br>
