Withdrawal

I have been trying to contact this company for the last 1 week where I am kept on hold for an hour at a time as well as sending emails requesting call backs and sending emails to the head office. I submitted a withdrawal in November 2019 and no one has gotten back to me regarding this. Really poor service from such a big company.
