Withdrawal

I am so frustrated not to know when will i get my claim which i made on the 23rd of October, and what makes me angry is that, when i call the consultant will give a date that i will recieve my money and i am not soo angry that the said date was changed today, i mean i just need my money, and its been more than two months now waiting for the money, its really frustrating to know that a big company like this can delay on this, i am angry really....
