Withdrawal

I have been in contact with this company for almost a whole month regarding a withdrawal.

I have yet to receive a phonecall or email correspondence from them.

Each time I request a call-back it becomes unsuccessful, I have made countless phonecalls to their helpdesk but I am always told that someone will contact me but they never do.

They guarantee a 4-6 weeks waiting period for most cases but I am on my 2nd month waiting, and they don't even respond to their clients.
