Withdraw taking months to be resolved and poor customer service
i am till today waiting for a consultant to give me a call with regards to my withdrawal?i am still getting th run around?what is the SLA/Turnaround time?
i keep having to use my own money to call and make follow ups.
The service is really horrible at the company
Consultants are rude and not helpful
I am very disappointed
