Will my query ever be resolved?

Good day AForbes. I sent you another e-mail yesterday and no-one has responded up until now. Will I need to keep writing negative reviews in order for my query to be attended to? I'm starting to think trying to directly communicate with you is a waste of time and posting reviews is what will help get my issue resolved.
