Widow waiting 12 months for deceased husband payout
Provident pay out from my husband that passed a year ago. This is an insurer on the Dimension data panel, and after I lost my husband a year ago in a car accident, they still have not paid out his widow. To worsen matters, they have no interest as I send them three follow-ups in one week and no response. Horrific service, so disappointed.

27 Sept 2021, 11:05Still no response, matter is still not resolved, still waiting for the resolution from the executives. Private message said we are awaiting feedback from the board. 12 months and still waiting on movement of this.
