why the wait
I have been waiting for 9 months for the provident fund to pay out..after being told it would take a maximum of six. I am unemployed and need that money for the children, and everytime I phone there is another excuse! I am running out of patience.. I don't understand why I should wait if you don't have your things in order..its not my fault that you're taking long to process the payment and I refuse to pay for your tardiness.
