Why is this taking so long?!!!

After numerous follow up calls(which cost a lot of money), and the call centre agent confirming everything is in order today, agian, i am told to wait yet another 5 business days and if my pension is not payed out i have to call them again. Every time its the same story for 2 months now, this is poor service. How many more weeks do i have to wait this out and call?!!!
