Why is the a 30 day waiting period after a 6 week refund policy

I resigned from the company I was employed at and my last day was 30th June 2017. After 6 weeks of waiting and all docs are submitted and being to court, Alexander Forbes still need 30 days to do a simple subtraction??? What happens to our bond repayments because of your processes? What is the delay?
