Who can we bribe for our payment to be made

Honestly your Claims people need to do their jobs companies need to stop working with these people they don’t want to pay claims we submitted all relevant documents needed and they said everything is even the tax directive is back from SARS now its payment time document are now missing no id no bank statement how ???? How did the company receive the tax directive without full documentation. Im reporting this matter to the Ombudsman
