Where is my money

I am getting sick and tired of endless phone calls that I make every week without any proper answer. I left my previous employer end of June 2015 since then I have been calling every week to check the status of my claim but none of the consultants gives a proper answer. I spoke to Refilwe today who made me hold for more than 10 minutes before she told me her team leader is in a meeting. Where is my money? ? How long does it take for 1 to get a pay out? 6 months? A year? The service I have received is totally unacceptable from you.
