What kind of service is this????

Having resigned from my former company, I opted to withdraw from the Alexander Forbes provident. My documentation was in well ahead of time and I received sms notification of that. I then also followed up once just to ensure all was in order and was advised to send additional documents (marriage certificate, bank statement) which I did. Today I phone again and speak to a very disinterested Xoli, who tells me there is no record of any documents ever having been received from me?!! How on earth would that even be possible?? Upon explaining everything to her and requesting she check again, she proceeded to put me on hold for 20 minutes until the phone cut. Despite her verification of my contact number there has been and presumably will not be a call back. Having spent 3 days attempting to get through to A forbes anyway and listening to voice prompts, I find this unacceptable. Then I look on Hello Peter and what I see is even less comforting. It seems this ********** service is a trend with Alexander Forbes. Everyone is complaining about repeated lies and inconsistencies! I would like someone to phone me, I refuse to prolong this relationship any longer than absolutely necessary.
