What is the point of a call centre?
I spent the day calling the call centre. Three attempts over the last three hours have left me extremely frustrated. While trying to get a tax certificate, each attempt has ended after about 10 minutes on hold before automatically being cut off. What is the point of a call centre if you cannot get through to them?
