What is taking this long?
So, it has been Another month since I complained about my Withdrawal Claim that already took 4 months just for that. The Alexforbes website shows the claim has been "closed" with no payment since and no feedback from the "contact advisor" email option or my previous employer.
Alex Forbes claims it usually takes 20 days, it has been 5 months.
