What ********** service

If I could give half a star I honestly would. I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received from Alexander Forbes. A financial institution that I meant to foster trust but does the exact opposite. I have been going back and forth with them for months to no avail. They answer your phone, commit to help you then leave you on hold for hours. They don’t respond to emails. I have had to resend the same documents multiple times. People keep picking up my case and then disappearing and there’s no real accountability because I am sending emails to a central depository. I am honestly so defeated
