What Happened to Alexander Forbes Service ????

I completed paperwork for a transfer of my old work which was under Alex Forbes to my new work also Alex Forbes in December 2025, to date February 2026 I am still waiting on completion, I must admit the service and lack of communication even logged complaint, what happen to Alex Forbes, your service is non existent !!!
