WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Totally disgusted at Alexander Forbes and in particular Luciano, Carol and Kusha. The standard responses that they give here is just for show, none of them actually do anything about any of this. After my previous post a lady named Carol contacted my brother and requested some documents, which he submitted timeously. Then she told him that he will receive his payout within 10 working days. Of course he is still waiting. Then yesterday they tel him they are still doing SARS checks, later on he receives a SMS that advises that the processing of his claim has started and he will receive feedback within 10 working days. Why is processing only started yesterday when we have been in contact with you since beginning of September? I know you don't give a damn but do you understand what it feels like to not have ANY money and having to borrow from people because you are expecting your pension payout, only to be given a run around for 4 months? This is so unreal and so disappointing. My only regret is that my pension fund is also with you and i don't have an option to move it to another company!
