What a Joke Alexander Forbes has become!?!?!

I have sent 3 emails and made 5 calls to resolve a claim. I have been placed on hold for 23 minutes, told my policy does not exist, sent from one switchboard operator to the next.... I have been with Alexander Forbes for 19 years!!! This is my FIRST CLAIM, and they do not even offer me decent service.
