what a disappointment claim
I have lodge my 2pot claim on the 5th of September but still the tracker is stuck on the registration step and my colleagues who lodged their claims after me have already received their payout. I am struggling to get through your call center to check what seems to be a problem and please do not tell me about that 20days period because other ppl are receiving payout 5days after they have claim.
