Waiting for Provident Fund since April

<p>The worst service ever. Since April I have been told that the payment takes upto 6 weeks, 6 weeks passed and I was told that the tax directive was rejected. Then I was told I should go to SARS, because I have to get my SARS documents and then I told them no. Then yesterday I was told that the tax directive is approved and I will get my money in 14 working day. I'm tired of Alexander Forbes I just want my money that's all. I was going to have an RAF with them, but at this rate I will be 100 years before I get my claim. And their call centre employees treat people like idiots and illiterates. I had to tell one of them not lie to me about tax directive I am an accountant and I know how it works.</p> <p>THE WORST SERVICE EVER</p>
