Waiting for pension to be pay out to pay for my husbands care that is ill
My husband is ill and we apply for his pension to be paid out so that we can pay for his stay in frail care. Every time our consultant from Liberty phone they having issues. They promise pay-out on the 21st but i is now the 26 and no pay-out. I need to pay my husband stay in frail care on the 29 With what money!!!!!

Dipuo Fakude from forbs phone and make big promises and then the feedback was. We will confirm in a weeks time. I could have phone the call centre to get that answer. I need senior management to phone me and explain what happened with out money

Every week when Liberty phones to get feedback they tell another week. Then they promise payment on the 21st and that has passed and it is another week further. I'm 2 months behind with my husband's payment for his care. I need to pay medical aids, home loans and all that happens is that Alex Forbs just takeing more interst of our money. PLEASE I need payment before the end of the month. This claim was submitted on the 12th of February. It is almost 2 months now!!!!
