Waiting for payout 😴😴

Terrible administration and poor service. I have been waiting for payout for weeks and not even one communication from Alex Forbes. I’ve been reading all these reviews and experienced similar issues.

Not to mention that their competitor Allan Gray received my documentation for a similar policy also administered by my previous employer after them and paid out with no fuss in less than 2 weeks. Terrible service, you’re losing big clients due to this bad service.
