Waiting for Corrected Tax Certificate for weeks

I have been trying to call the call center to request a correction on my tax certificate as required by SARS on a directive issued a while back. I have been currently holding for a good 30 minutes. It would seem there are never any consultants available because I have been trying for days and have also used the suggested email but still have not received any response. All I need is for AF to re-issue the corrected tax certificate to SARS as per the directive issued because I need to file ASAP.
