Waiting 9 weeks for Retirement Fund pay out
My wif'e's fund withdrawal form was submitted from her HR department on the 12th of March already.<br> According to Alexander Forbes call center consultants they have yet to receive the claim documents.<br> The HR have send me proof that the claim was processed online with the ref number: 567330.<br> And nobody knows what the heck is going on!! How long must she wait for the money to be paid out? <br> Normal duration fore pay-out with any other fund provider takes max 8 weeks!
