Waiting 8 months for funds to be transfered

I'm really frustrated with Alexander Forbes. I was retrenched last year in May. In April I filled in all the forms required in order that my pension would be transfered into a preservation fund. I was told to wait two months. In July, when I heard nothing, I queried it and it seemed that nothing has happened since April. I then sent the forms again, together with all the documents required. Since then I regularly sent emails etc to enquire what was going on, and was told the funds or some other documents have not been received yet. I've asked my previous company and they said they sent everything and my pension is with Alexander Forbes. Yet somehow I receive nothing from you, except for \awaiting for the Recognition of Transfer documents from receiving fund"which doesn't make sense because it has been many months now! Where is my pension? Please note that I have another preservation fund at your company"
