Very unhelpful company

I have been trying to get my IRP5 out of them without any luck. To phone them is a waste of time. You hear ad nauseam "we are experiencing high call volumes, we are experiencing high call volumes..." I've send e-mails, I do get automatic reply that they will attend to my query in 3 working days. Really??? I took the chance to do e-filing without ever receiving the IRP5. Now I'm being audited with no hope that I will get the IRP5 from these clowns before the 21 days will have passed. I won't advise anyone to invest with them. Think of the fun you'll have to get your money if an IRP5 is that difficult to send.
