Very unhappy client

Good day,

I've resigned for my previous employer on the 11 January 2024, today is the 07 May 2024 and still my money is not paid out. I've phoned numoures times and everyone promising payment. Only to find out on the 02.05.24 there is documentation outstanding which was in the pile that they did received, but missing suddenly. They said they did notify me of the missing documentation but the email address they used was wrong so how do they confirm they are speaking to the correct person if I must confirm my email address they say it's correct but still send communication to the wrong email address???????????? They did not phone me to followed up. Just no communication with this company. It's always they will come back to me but never does. Asking to speak to a manager they always in "meetings" good excuse. I will not recommend this company. Wonder if they actually have money to pay a person out............ it very frustrating because I want to invest this money to make some interest but can't because I'm waiting for my money.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
