Very unfair

Goodday, I'm very unhappy, I was working at Shoprite for 5 years, I left in November, so they told me they will pay out in March after 14days, I keep on phoning everyday they said I should wait how long should I wait it's been 4 months already, I've been waiting for 4 months after 14 days, it's 7 months already and I haven't received anything yet I just wanna know why?? Because everyday I'm phoning and my airtime goes up, of holding the line, I spoke to the one agent he told me there has been a delay with pay outs, but I would like a update, because I've been waiting, it's 7 months now already, and the one agent told me they will pay out in March after 14 days I've been waiting and still nothing, now we in June again, so I guess I should wait still.
