Very Poor Service for such a reputable company
I have app**** for my 2 pot savings withdrawal on the 5th of September and nothing has been done, I have sent the required documents but still no progress and always getting the 20 working days turnaround time. My 20 working days ends on the 3rd of October what action should I take if my money is not in my account by this date?
