VERY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
The worst company to deal with I have been struggling with them.over a 1x week and o one can give you proper answers or details.Firstly you hold like ten min and then when you request a call back no one calls you back .Anyway I spoke to 3x different consultants all.to give me different answers on my claim.How does their training work ? And then client services will send an apology here and then nothing gets happened .Very bad service if anyone are customers move now .Their service , holding time ,call backs , log in services including consultants are pathetic to the core ?☹????????

03 Aug 2021, 11:08I am highly frustrated , with this company and their consultants firstly their attitude .I received a call from a consultant Bonola Moilwa and her contact e mail
*** .She is not learned or trained to firstly to speak.to a client and when you ask her she turns up all rude , that is no way to treat a customer
If anyone got anything to do with Alexander Forbes I think one should better look.for better alternatives to invest like with Sanlam, liberty life , old mutual ,they are hands on well trained ,u dont even have long waiting period
One can see the reviews here I am not the only one complaining
