VERY PATHETIC, ABSURD, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE: ALEXANDER FORBES
I phoned your contact centre yesterday that made me hold for too long. I was informed that the contribution for June 2020 is outstanding: Provident Fund.I was on no work no pay since 1 April, Contact me asap for this query. My last day at work was 30 June 2020. I was expecting to receive my provident fund in four to six weeks after 30 June.No one has informed me for 23days that there is a query in my account.I find your service very pathetic, absurd and unacceptable. Revert back to me as soon as possible regarding this matter.
