Very disgruntled customer

What is there to say about this place based on my first review I am still unstasfied as there is no reseloution to my query .also getting feedback is a nightmare.from one department to the next each department is blaming the next .this round i am actually considering getting the omboetsman and my attorney involved in this as this is passed the 4-6week timeframe they had and yet i am still searching for assistance
