VERY DISAPPOINTING

My life partner passed away on the 3rd of August 2022. There was a delay due to the company she was employed with apparently changing administrators. They do not reply to emails , so you have no idea what is going on with your payout or when they are going to payout. There is no communication from the consultants to inform you how your claim is proceeding. All I get told is that it is with the trustees. Service is non existent. You would think they would have empathy when you lose a loved one
