Very disappointed in AF
I am waiting on my payment,i keep calling in and waisting my airtime. The consultants keep on saying my claim was sent through for authorization for more then 2 weeks now. This claim has been in process for 6 months. What going on there at AF, please be professional and do things on time and uphold your commitments.
