Very disappointed

Goodmorning. I'm still very unhappy, one of the agents did email me but haven't got back to me again.

It's regarding my Provident fund I haven't received anything yet it's been 7 months now and they told me I should wait in March they will pay out after 14 days and I'm still waiting, what I don't understand is no one is getting back to me I've been phoning and everytime they are telling me there's a delay how long still? Because I've been waiting and it's 7 months now, I've been working at Shoprite for 5 years and I left in November 2024 they told me they will pay out in March after 14 days and I'm still waiting, I'm really unhappy how this is going which is not right really
